How do you shirts fit? (General Sizing Info)

  • Crew sweaters run true to size but will shrink a little if they go into the dryer. Your true size is still recommended unless you like to wear it a little baggy.
  • Unisex tees run true to size--pretty much like a "standard men's tee."
  • Women's cut runs a size small. We suggest going one size up. 
  • Athletic Tanks run true to size. They are a little snug but also stretchable and breathable, not baggy or droopy during your workout. 

Shipping Times

Please allow 7-10 days. All of our products are printed and created one by one. This model has allowed us to start a ministry and while we are growing we appreciate your patience with this model. Since everything you order is printed off as it's ordered the total production and shipping takes about 10 days. We know that's a long time but we're still a small organization run completely by volunteers. We hope that you understand! Thank you for your business and your continued support!

Refund Policy

No refunds. As of now we are unable to fulfill refunds. If you need more info on sizing, please contact hello@thlivingperson.com before purchase.

What Is Your Order Process?

Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. Once we have received your order we will fulfill it and it will then be picked up by our postal service. Email the customer service team at hello@thelivingperson.com if further assistance is required at any point.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking is available with certain shipping methods only. We do not offer tracking services on our standard shipping rates. If you have received a tracking number for your order, click here to track it.

My Order Hasn't Arrived Within the Specified Timeframe, What Do I Do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time period (7-10 days), make sure to track your order if possible (see above). Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to weather or high demand especially with free challenge card offers. Please contact us via our contact us page and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.

Check Your Delivery Details

Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details, refund, or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address.

How Long Will It Take For My Order to Reach Me?

Delivery time is between 2-3 weeks. If you are wanting to receive your order before any holiday period, we recommend that you allow at least one month prior as this is a busy time for postal services. If your order has tracking, you can track your order by typing the tracking number into the order tracker.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. You also have the ability to pay via your PayPal account. At checkout, you will be given these payment options to select from.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Please take extra care to select your chosen product before purchasing as we do not accept cancellations. We may be able to change your order shipping details if your order has not yet been processed but we cannot guarantee this. To change your order the best option is to contact our customer support via our Contact Page.

I Ordered More Than One Product, Will They Be Delivered Together?

It is likely that if you order more than one product, you will receive them separately due to our efforts working from multiple locations/warehouses. If you only receive one package, please allow at least 1-2 weeks for the next package to arrive before contacting us. The item may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:

- The item being on back-order

- A delay with the delivery company

- Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from

- Lack of volunteers shipping out our free bracelets

If you have not received your other item(s) after the two weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
